Gauges and Scorecards use color indicators and pre-set benchmark target values to determine the status of an activity. A red indicator suggests the status is currently well below target. Yellow represents a warning signifying just below target. Green indicates the status is on target and blue highlights excelling well above expected goals.

Leading indicators are used to trigger alert warning messages via email or fax to notify managers of potential shortfalls while there is still time to act, not react. Once corrective measures have been put into place, the system will monitor their effectiveness and continue to notify you if levels of performance have not improved.
